TTA Diecast

same here, I had pretty much given up on this deal ever getting done. I have #1358 hardtop/leather and #1002 T-top/Leather.

Hi guys!
I still haven't heard anything else about this, but I am still keeping a list going! I know that there is a larger demand for this car to be done!
I even bought the 2002 Collector's Edition Trans Am direct from Yat Ming in 1/18th scale. Granted, the detail isn't quite as good, but in their survey, I stated all the Anniversary Cars be done!!! So....we'll see who does it first!!
I too, what to see this happen!!!

Later,

George

I saw it on the manufacturers website a year or more ago, Greenlight or somthing like that. I can tell you one thing. I'm Good and G@d Damn ready for them to release this puppy already! I'm buying.:bounce:

Are they still comming?
yes they're still coming out. I need to email them back about some paint corrections and then there should be one final prototype to look at then they should go full production. My guess would be that it'll be about 2-3 months until they're at your door (that's just me guessing I'm just helping them with getting everything right).

So if these TTA diecast's are not perfect I can kick your ass in Bowling Green or Ohio this year Jared? :WOOT: :chair: :boxing:

no because there are some things out of my control on this... If I were making it the model would cost around $100-150 and it would have some badass detail.

This may be old news, but there are some prototype pics of the Diecast car now

Looks good!

After looking under the hood we should have suggested a shiny intake tube and an 8" cone filter. That would be a more true representation of 80% of the pace cars being driven! LOL!

J/K, the car looks Really nice. I just hope they are produce before I am on social security and living on a fixed income (I'm currently 28 yrs old).

Great work! I'm excited to see the real thing!

Yeah I believe that is the painted model we just made some corrections on. Hopefully there should only be one more revision then full on production. I suggested that they leave the black seatbelts out if they dont have access to tan ones, in my opinion it'll look better without them to then to have them standing out when the model is displayed. I can't wait for them to come out, hopefully they'll be here in time for car show season.

Also when I get photos of the last prototype, if it's close enough to the final product I'll see if I can post them then everyone will be able to see the detail before they recieve them. I'll just say, my favorite part is the underside and wouldn't you know it was created off the bottom of my car :D

Very Nice!!!!

Two things I notice which I'm sure you've mentioned to them to detail: The hood latch support between the radiator and front bumper cover is black (I remember this because I always clean, detail, and make it shine a little when I show the car), and are they going to paint under the hood a black insulator?

And do I see a sliver blanket on the radiator reservior?

Yes I mentioned the radiator support cover along with a few other things in the engine bay.

I'm not positive on the underneath of the hood, in my mind it doesn't make too much a difference to me which color it is.

Yes, there is a painted silver blanket on the coolant reservoir.

Hello,

I use to be part of the old list a few years back, and no longer own my TTA's but would love to have a diecast TTA. Could someone please email me with the particulars on this. [email protected]

Thanks
