Thats what I wondered. Seems like a daily buffet for new cars for sale to pop up.

In retrospect though, I would not have considered a too low of mile one. I wanted one nice enough to show, but also wanted to drive it, not drool over it in the garage. Seroiusly, some of these low mile sellers asking 30-40-50k, do you think they will sell for that?
 
It seems like a bunch of them recently - I was wondering why the owners of those "super low mile" cars would be trying to sell now? The car market in general seems to be [still] on the low side - at least for now.

If you think about it Kymmee 30k is not much of a return on a 34k investment, and he stored and maint. it for 23yrs; if it was me i would give it a good tune and drive the wheels off it if i could'nt get at least what i paid for it :teehee:
 
Auto check report says it is still registered in Fl. been registered in Florida since about 2000 according to the report.

The owner could have it garaged in NJ but it is registered in FL.

I'll bet money on the fact that HPP came out with the article is helping this. Guys with low mile cars like these are all over current publications. I can guarantee you people that pick up that issue will be right on eBay to see what's available as far as TTA's and what they are selling for. I kinda thought this would happen after it came out. Just like the amount of new members we have seen here recently.
 
I've actually known about this car since I had mine. It's a contractor that bought it new and has just been sitting on it all these years. It's not far from me.

Yeah, I agree. As far as investment wise, maybe he should have bought a GNX instead.
 
$30k isn't exactly bargain basement pricing. Prices are slowly climbing back now, the bottom has come and gone, when a collector car hits 25 yrs old the prices go up.

I agree that $30k is not a bargain price, but I would rather keep my low mile cars than sell for $30K. In 25 years I wonder how many MORE ultra low mile cars will pop up? If you have a low mile TTA for investment purposes that would worry me that so many low low mile cars are cropping up. I don't expect to make money on my cars, I just have them cause they are the coolest car. IF I want to make money I go to work, not buy cars. I don't expect to profit on any car I own, but when I go t o work, I better be makin money!!

Yep, just saying there is no better time to buy than the present if you havent already as prices won't be coming down much more if any or it's a rarity with someone hard pressed to sell, which those days were 2-3 years ago. Jobs are there for those that want to work, the high unemployment is a mirage of the real economy cause by govt continuing to extend benefits for the lazy. Just a bonus if you want to sell later and get what you have in it out, which was not true if you bought 4+ years ago.
 
Yeah I was just sayin to some staff that there are plenty of jobs out there. People here complain about all the foreigners working at the fast food restaurants but thats because locals would rather go on unemployment than work at McDonalds. Then they bitch that unemployment doesn't pay enough. I don't know whats gonna happen when all the baby boomers retire and the gov't doesn't get their income tax dollars.
