You could prolly have them refinished, but yeah originals are preferred. I thought maybe you are looking for a 2nd set to make a dual breather set-up, 2 driver sides...

It would be your best bet ... just bring enough tools the passenger side one, being a FWD vehicle the one closest to the firewall, is a pain to remove; loads of stuff to remove to get it off.

Also grab the acorn nuts and washers ... and the rocker studs might be useful as well at some point; you can't get them anymore.

Getting harder to find them out there, last time I looked for some I had to stop at 4 or 5 junkyards to get a pair.

If you find lots of them grab them all :-)
 
I hit a couple of yards today and though they had some that appeared to be correct non had the center bolts. I will continue looking.

I did have the chance to see what was available on some of the other models and they are close but not exactly what the TTA has. So I'm still looking.
