Whats better, to weld it or to bolt it?

I bought that driveshaft loop while at Summit a while back. It says it's bolt int without modification but you have to drill a hole or two in your floorpan. Since I didn't want to drill any holes I never installed it.

Yeah the Drilling is whats been holding me back from getting it.
Problem is I really need one!
Are there any weld on ones for this car?
