Is it in the passenger side lower fender? And if so what remove inner well to access it?

Under the PS dash, remove the cover and there are 2 screws that hold it to the bracket, then it slides down, far right side.

Good deal. After looking more I figured it wouldn't be in the fender. Thanks for the info Robert.
