Hey,

So I’m setting up a garage and have engine displays I’m working on, I have the original engine to #884 but missing the headers. I want to set it up as a display so they don’t have to be great condition. My other option is to swap for GN heads and headers which I currently have but figured I’d try here first before I do that.

Anyway let me know, thanks… Steve
 
Hey That is pretty cool to have a TTA engine display set up. I think it will be hard to find original TTA headers to be used just as display.
Post some pics would love to see

That’s kinda what I’m thinking. It’s just parts at the moment but I have so much stuff left over from when I owned TTA’s and GN’s I figured it would be a cool addition. Also have a late 60’s/early 70’s big block, same era small block, L98 engine (from my 89 GTA that I converted to a TTA motor), iron head LT1 and an LS1 with a burnt piston that you’d never see on display lol

Probably end up putting it together with GN heads and headers, would make for less questions too…

Hey Steve how's it going? I'm sure you remember the H/T TTA I bought from you yrs ago, anyhow it's on Ebay now with a BIN of $76k.. maybe i should have kept that one...:oops:
 
Hey! That’s the car this short block is from, I nearly forgot it had it been sitting in the same spot since I got back from Reno with the car back in 2002. I loved my time with TTA’s and the adventures I had driving them (including two cross country trips, once with that car and another time with a hardtop/leather car) but also happy I was convinced to let go of the past and move on to other things…
 
Yeah time rolls on.. never was a big Vette fan but somehow i ended up with a torch red 02' FRC ZO6 with a LS6 twin turbo, twin Bov ,meth inj. eng, 700 rwhp at 12psi, 8,700 org miles, not a fair comparison to a TTA but the fun factor is off the chart...:D

Ya Rob that is really what it is all about. How much fun you have, who really cares what car it is lol. Enjoy the boost!
