Yes Nick Micale makes them I bought mine from him.

Last I spoke to them at Arizona (late fall of 2018) they were sold out on the last batch he had made. I think they ran around $1000 to $1100. He said if he gets enough requests, he might make more.

Correct I paid 1100 for the down pipe.Very pleased with it fits and looks awesome.
