We took the ecm out of my other TTA and the car still did the same thing. It's at a very good Pontiac dealer I've know the mechanic for almost 15 years and he is very good at what he does. The car will start some times but not all the time. We loose ground to the injectors. If you put a light charge on the battery it will start every time. But only sometiems if you don't give it a quick charge. We have 12 volts on the harness but the negative is sometimes stong or weak. We think we have it down to a bad harness ecm to engine, engine to injectors. Or a shorted injector loosing the ground through the ecm. Has anyone ever seen this before? The ecm had an after market chip. The person I purchased the car from said it would start, however he did have a problem when he got the car. Changed the starter, crank sensor, ecm, but after pluged into a battery tendor the car would start every time. Any help would be great.
Thanks
Jeff
