You are right bro. I just wanted a little extra juice to confirm the death of all these young kids w/ Ricers in my area. I am very careful, just wanted to add the fuel pump and valve springs for better protection. Love this TTA Man !!!
My tranny was flushed Thursday and filled with amsoil synthetic (pint 1/2 over). I replaced the filter and had the tranny tech set the TV cable. What a difference. Quicker and firmer shifts. My tranny fluid was in exceptional shape. I really think the overfill and the TV cable adj. did the job.
I realize every day how lucky I am to have a TTA. Especially, in the condition mine is in (MINT). I watch where I cruise. Always on smooth roads, plus I only take the TTA out when it is a cool night when the BUGS are not everywhere. The mess the critters make (yuk). I would not take out in the heat or sun.
I learned my lesson with the exhaust. I LOVE my Hooker exhaust though. Sounds AWESOME!!! I felt after I did it that I took alot of originality out of it. That is why I was upset. But, I still have the original tips and converter.
