Sub Frame Connectors

While having my car in the shop they examined my unibody underneath. They said everything looked good. He said I might want to go with sub-frame connectors in the future.

Where is a good source for getting them? Is it something I can put on myself, and are they bolted or welded on?

The weld in ones are best. I debated putting them on mine, but I think I want to leave mine all original. Do a search on thirdgen.org. There is a lot of info there.
