Stock Restrictor Orifice For Wastegate Control Hose

I need to find a stock .040" dia. orifice for a wastegate hose, goes in the "Y".

I was able to get one from John's Performance, when he was in business.
Anybody else know where to get these?

Just really trying to get one for a spare.
