Spark Plugs?

I did search and read a few threads about different spark plug recommendations. The car has a PTE plenum and tb, classic fast ecm, ATR 3" dp with a PTE WG. It has a larger turbo, but I don't know much more than that. The car sat for a while before I bought it last summer. I want to get it all squared away before summer.

So, I got a new coil, new magnecor wires, a new afpr, a hotwire kit for the FP, and will do the typical fluid changes. My question is what plugs should I run? And at what gap? The most boost it would likely see is 20#. I don't run meth, I put in 100 octane.

A lot depends on how you use the car ( heat range) but as a general rule keep the gap tight ( 28-30) I run a cold plug , NGK br7ef at 24 lbs boost, but its not good for a lot of city driving, if ACDelco was what they used to be you might could use that with # 20boost.

Mostly just bring the car to shows, but I like to drive "enthusiastically". I might bring it to the track just to see what it will do.

NGK TR5 is fine for that. Make sure you get the TR instead of UR. UR are for the GN's.
