Someone outbid me on a miss listed TTA Intercooler! :o(

I'm counting 10 rows?? I thought the TTA had 12 rows?

I was trying to figure that out too, since I thought the TTA had more rows then the GN. I couldn't remember the number of rows the TTA and GNX had. The 20TA intercooler tag was correct for our cars though, so I am hoping I was wrong. It was pretty though.

That whole 12 rows vs. 10 rows thing has frustrated me since the beginning.
I'm the original owner of my TTA, I know no one has snuck in there and changed anything when I was away. Mine has 10 rows and the tag is the same too.

I think that 2 extra rows was BS. The bolt patterns and dementions L@@k identical to a GN intercooler. Why would they go to more expense to generate all new designs for 1555 units? Did Scott Kelly mentions anything about it at the reunion?

Guys...wasn't it 12 fins per inch versus 10 fins per inch? Not rows from what I remember. I remember asking intercooler guru Tony DeQuick about this at one point and he said any more than 12 fins per inch and the efficiency would decrease instead of increase.

All I can tell is that it had the correct Tag on it and that should tell which it was, so I am still kicking myself. DOH!

It's 12 fins per inch as Ron said ... the GNX has the same intercooler as the TTA.

And that one on ebay was a great deal, wish I had seen that one earlier as I would not mind a spare.
