hi , small problem whit my rad fan ! there should be start at 160 deg but there dont start ! i have a 160* termostats and turbotwick ckip program to start the fan at 160* ! the fan start at 212* but only one ! i change the big relay at the side of the batt ! i also change the sensor on the top of the intake and the one in the front driver side of intake ! the only sensor i dont change is the one on the front intake turbo side ! i try to open the a/c and the fan dont start too ! any idee ! bob

While I find it rare Eric would not have the fans come on at 160 as that is almost a no brainier for him to do I would e-mail him and he should be able to look up your file and see. Try following the wires back as far as you can to make sure a wire from one of the sensors is not cut or crimped bad. Even tho you put new sensors in they could be bad as well. I've got many sensors new in the box and were faulty or bad. You may have something funky with the ECM as well. Keep picking away and trouble shooting things. Make sure you report back when you figure it out!

is not the chip ,i try 3 diferante chip ! always one fan go on ! the a/c fan never come on ! ill check for a bad wires this week i let you new :) thanks

Check the relay (rectangular) next to the battery (close to the radiator) ... this is the second fan timed relay if I remember correct ... they go bad if they get wet inside at some point.

Not looked at the schematic but I'm pretty sure this might be your issue.

have change this one ! before i change no fan work ! now i have one fan start at 212 degre ! i change all sensor exept the one under the tps ! how many relais drive the fan ! i know on the tr's but on tta is different!
