I'm the original owner of my TTA, and years ago I rebuilt the headlight motors when the infamous gears inside disintegrated....as I recall, it was a real challenge/hassle when it came to the tiny bolts holding it together. At the time, I used a rebuild kit I bought from Eckler's Corvettes......question: does anyone sell a 'better' factory fresh repro that includes better gearing right from the start? I still haven't quite got to the point where I'm ready to put a battery back in my car and see what shape things are in......and I'm thinking these motors are going to be pretty weak because it's been sitting for so many years.
