Part Numbers for MFA Tube & K&N Air Cleaner?

Hi all. I have a stock TTA #830 (11,200 mi) and the Tube from the turbo to the Air cleaner is shot. I'd like to replace it with the chrome tube & K&N filter I have seen on others. Can anyone tell me the right part numbers and a good source to get what I need? Also- is there any modification needed? Does this interfere with the stock MFA sensor or does that somehow attach between the tube & K&N filter? Reall appreciate any help!

Try rjc, I have his maf pipe and his up pipe. Look and work great!
