NOS Shifter Knob

Got one of these off ebay finally. Been trying for a while. I wasnt the high bidder, but was offered one at the bid I dropped out at. (Only about 2 or 3% less than the winning bid, but hey I got it cheaper than the winner!) Installed it today, looks good IMO. Now all I need is the parking brake handle. A few pictures.

Looks good Kymmee, I need to get a parking brake handle myself. I suppose if I can't find one, I will send it off to Dallas Custom.

pretty... whatever you had to pay those charletons was worth it. Besides, it is something you touch all the time.

Start touching it so it gets nice and shiney! But don't scratch it! And when the girlfriend / spouse gets in there with the cd's and the fingernails and the constant changing of the radio station, well better leave her home. A human being is not worth as much as a shifter handle.

My girlfriend used to check her makeup in that mirror on the visor all the time. Man, she would grab violently for that visor and practically rip it off every time she got in the car. she was one of those fast-acting girls. Watch out for those.

Just to set the record straight, so theres no rumors abound, I dont have a girlfriend. LOL I do have a man, but 95% of the time, I drive the car solo.
I dont worry about the make up mirror, I have replacement visors and no one ever sits over there anyway.
