no spark?

put on my champion heads and new cometics, got everything bolted up. car cranks over, with no start. it is getting fuel, pull one of the plugs and cranked it with no spark. checked to make sure everything was tight and all connections are. ran out of time. where do i go from here

There should have been no need to touch the crank or cam sensor to change the heads. If you did not touch either, I would look somewhere else like the grounds on the back of the heads, or the injector harness not being re-connected after the swap.

cam and crank sensor read while cranking over, have power to the igniton mod, have injector pulse, 40 psi fuel pressure, tried a new coil pack/mod as a shot in the dark. nothing. all grounds are hooked up and tight, all connectors are tight. still getting no spark.

No start - no spark, has injector pulse - Check the ignition module (also check the CCCI and ECM-IGN fuses)

No start - has spark, no injector pulse - Cam Sensor or ECM

No start - no spark or injector pulse - Crank sensor or module

tried new coil and ingnition module, nothing. check fuses, is there a way to test the ing mod myself. i have read about new ing mods not working straight out of the box.

Casper sells a tester for both I believe but it's pretty pricey. Do you have spark? Are the plugs showing fuel? You need both, narrow it down to one of the two and trace backwards. If you have fuel, get a spark plug tester that goes in line between the wire and ground, if you still show strong spark on all cylinders then go to your injectors. You can't have fuel and spark and not fire unless the timing of the two is way out (90+ deg). Just because both cam and crank read doesn't mean the sensors are in line. I don't know how to set them, but make sure you do some research and make sure they're set right, this is a crucial setting before proceeding with any other tests.

the car ran, i pulled the top end off to hsve the intake/heads ported by champion. have everything reinstalled. cam and crank were never rotated while it was dissasembled. everything is hooked up and tight. it has injector pulse. plugs are even getting wet with fuel. there is zero voltage coming out of the terminals on the coil. it is recieving varying voltage on the 14 pin connector from the cam and crank sensors. i tried to make a secondary ground from the ing /mod to a diffrent ground. put on a new coilpack and ing/mod. at this point im willing to try anything
