New upgrades-small bugs

I have a new 5858 precision turbo. I have the old turbo tweak chip made for 91 octane and 36# injectors. I was driving today and I think I got some heat soak issues maybe. The car started feeling sluggish and boost was low. My scan master showed temp sensor reading 130 degree air. Could this be a common thing. Getting ready to upgrade to 60# injectors and a 100 octane chip. What is everyone’s thoughts on this. Thank you
 
Were all the other readings on the scan master within normal limits? What was the oil pressure at that time? Could there be an obstruction or restriction in the exhaust somewhere? I once had an electric exhaust gate cut out get sucked into the exhaust and then head down stream to blocked the exhaust when I put a new gate on. I thought the gate had simply fallen off onto the road but it was between the cut out and muffler, was not a problem when my new gate was open but when closed I got sluggish with hot temps.
