With the reunion coming up quick I wanted to make one spot to keep any idea's, questions, comments, and any general information you guys need and or looking for. So this is the spot feel free to use it!

I see an area discussing race classes and another for spread the word, but could not find hotel information. Maybe there is another section that I don't see?
 
Better call the hotels now. I booked at the Host hotel Hampton Inn a few months ago. The girl said very few were left for that weekend.
 
Got 'er done. I told the lady at the Hampton that I was attending the Turbo Trans Am show and race. That probably didn't make any difference in the quoted rate, but I didn't actually ask about it. The rate was much cheaper than a typical room around here in the Washington, DC area, so I was happy.
 
the rate at the hotel is cheaper if you tell them you are going to attend the event, so make sure to tell them. I think it saves you about $25 or so. not sure about the other hotels, but definitely the host hotel.
 
Either that or one trick I do when I book a hotel is ask for the AAA rate. They never ask for the card from you and the AAA rates are always good! :)
