Ned a 231 V-6 Turbo Engine.

I just bough #844 and I am putting it back on the road. The dummy who owned it before me wrecked it and pulled the motor and trans and put it in a Mazda. He wont sell me back the motor and trans, so I am high and dry w/o a motor and trans as well as a front clip.
 
people should be hanged for such acts

keep your eyes peeled it may take a few months but theres always stuff popping up on these forums, I'll keep an eye out

HAHAHA I was about to post and ask this.

Dan is one of the nicest guys around. I'm there are two sides to this story of leaving him "high and dry."
 
There was a guy last year selling the entire engine trans wiring computer intercooler a/c radiator fuel pump(every thing you would need to turn a car into a TTA) on E-Bay. I don't know if he ever sold everything or not. He listed it twice. I wanted to buy and keep everything as spares or to put in my 84 TA but ran out of money after purchasing my 89 TTA. If I can find His number I will let you know.
 
NOPE!! not me ;-) .. I am from Ma. I do know the car your talkin about though. Who would put a TTA motor in a Mazda of all cars ?? ...ohhhh I didn't !! I used a Buick !! Back to the problem at hand. Try an find the car who parted one out a while ago.. He wrecked his an the drivetrain was for sale.. You need something like that so ya get EVERYTHING !! TTA has a lot of specific parts in the drivetrain. I have a couple of short blocks for sale and an 8 mile motor(not for sale) .. BUT I don't see them doing you any good. GOOD LUCK in your search.

......hmmm thinking here.. I think I would just put a Buick motor in it.. You would need a down pipe.. I may know of one .. Just use all the Buick stuff.
 
could just do the buick gn motor and swap to the correct casting heads right? would still need the tta header setup and the downpipe though

I'd do the complete BUICK motor. Just custom make a downpipe. TTA heads, valve covers and exhaust manifolds are worth good $$$!!
