Manifold out, Pics & ?'s

Napa would be the best place to get them, thanks Simo.

Also I found them at Rock Auto and standard motor products make them.

Thanks guys I did try chevy, buick, and auto stores including napa all said they dont have it.

Well intake is on, and I think ws6 is right, but what I did is spray copper on the gasket both sides and front and back, installed it right and torqued in sequence, saw this on TurboBuicks. It looks good flush 2 quarts of oil through the valley and straight out the pan. Got everything on with fresh oil now and filter(they could've found a better place for it?). Everything in place except coil.
Waiting on the clip, sleeves for wires and egr plate.
Will install the hotwire kit this week and finally the TT chip, then record the first start up. Hope nothing blows, lol.

Thanks for the part # ordering now.

After looking at your pics WS6 is right. The heads have been milled and the intake hasn't. You can see where the bolt holes line up and there is not enough room for the gasket to seal. You might get lucky but most likely it will not last. Can you find out how much they took off? Another problem with the intake not being milled to match is your intake ports will be off also. May not be noticeable but can affect performance. Hopefully you will be o.k.

Figured the same after a good look at it, and no way to find out how much it was milled. I called the previous owner and emailed with some questions, and also to get the paper work on the rebuild, and no answer, but before the car was sold he would answer by the 2nd ring.

Hopfully I'll get lucky(after all it is #77). :teehee:

Those are the clips on the Napa site, I was there yesterday and they said dont and cant get any. So just called right now with the part # and he said no way cant get them and no one is showing them. So just bought the last pack off Ebay.
Thanks for your guys help!

Typical that is another item then to make sure you have a few spare ... I know I grabbed a couple while pulling some other items off some FWD 80's Buicks years ago .. should have got a handful of them ...

Every FWD Buick, Olds etc from the late 80's have them for sure ...

Throw caution to the wind. :D As long as your rail is bolted down right your injectors aren't going anywhere. I installed mine without clips.
