Old pics. It's just another vette. Nice to spend all that money on a car with all that horsepower you can't even use on the streets without going to jail. Expensive track car IMO.

The only Vette I would like 90 ZR1. TTA's and GN's are still my favorite. Someday day I will own a GN. Black on Black on Black... oh lord are they beautiful.

A Dodge Neon can speed. A Corvette can speed. The difference? nothing.. The truth is no one needs a high horsepower car. It might just be someones hobby.
If I could buy a 10 second car with a 100k mile warrenty that is where it is at. Nothing like having a reliable car that can take a beating.
Back to the thread. A badass 600+ HP 10 second blown car with a 100k mile warrenty.

The C6 was the tipping point for me. I think its the best looking post '60s vette ever. I'm waiting a few more years untill I have a new house, then I'll pick up a used ZO6. I think the new ZR1 is awsome. I bet the Ferrari and other owners of highend exotics will hate it 10x's more than they already do the C6z06. Like posted above MOST vette owners are real pricks.Ive actually raced a pro football player for acouple hundred dollars one night after I got tired of hearing his mouth. And he couldnt belive my old 87 Buick could give his 04 zo6 4 cars and the leave in the 1/8 and pat the gas. My brother bought a 96 Callaway Grand Sport #1 of 3 supernatural 450hp cars that Callaway made that yr. The car has acouple prototype mods on it and a ton of documents. After going to acouple vette shows with him im not sure I would want to be around that type of people.
Vette owners are jerk offs. Period. I have never met one that wasn't. They all think they are rich and above everyone else because they own a vette. I've made this assumption from going to many shows they run over the last few years. If I see a car show or cruise ran by any vette clubs and or vette owners I will not support it in any way shape or forum. Personally never liked vettes or their owners and never will. Any year corvette does absolutely nothing for me.

As you know I have driven my Buddy TTA at the track and the best we could muster was a high 13.8 with numerous attempts. My car ran 13.5 with 2.73's in the rear which is the slowest LS1 you can get!!!! Also we would do some highway runs to the track just screwing around and my car would bury his. Stock vs Stock. :fuckkk: Did you see me jump on the forum and start talking like you just did? No!!!! Why would I, in the grand sceme of things you cares? You need to take some anger management class:bomb:, you are quick to jump when someone talks about your car, and we weren't even doing that.

Maybe it's the east coast but I never met one I liked. They all look down on the TTA's and GN's just like everyone else has stated so you might be one of one who knows someone who owns a vette and isn't a jerkoff lefty! :whistle: As you can see a post about corvette's brings out the best in everyone!
I was at a car show last spring with the TTA. Now if I win a trophy at a car show I could care less. I always walk around and look for the best of show to see if I picked it. I usually do. This show was run by the East coast corvette club. There was 300 cars there. Maybe 100 of them corvettes. I went in stock class as I always do with TTA. There were 5 other corvette's in my class. All 5 of them should have been in a junk yard and not at this show. Well I came in 3rd with the TTA. 1st and 2nd winners both had noticeable rust spots! The engine bays were horrible and the number one in my class didn't even have anything on his tires! I even heard 2 people in the crowd say WTF when they heard me called for 3rd place. Like I said I don't mind if I win or loose but this kinda shit always and only happens at corvette ran shows. So guess what. They can all kiss my ass! I'll never buy one, never own one, and don't care to even see one. There is many other foreign cars out there that I would pick over a vette any day of the week. Corvette is a over priced American made shit box. Funny how they sell these vette's for 60K and up and the value drops like a bomb. foreign cars of that statue don't drop like the corvettes. I can see why you hate Vette's now!!!! 3rd place, that sucks to lose to cars with rust. I have never finished that well. I placed 5th out of about 30 competetors this year at a local show. Some guy in a older Camaro took first and a couple of vettes placed ahead of me. Oh well, at the strip my car would smoke them anyway. That is all that matters to me.:teehee:
