How much boost is safe with a stock engine and Meth Injection? ---

I am running a 204/214 cam , 3" magnaflow cat-back, and a maf translator with a KN cone filter.

Everything else is stock on the engine, and turbo.

I think I finally decided to go Meth Injection.

What is a good boost number to shoot for on a tune ... 18lbs?

I will be using a Turbo Tweak chip.

I run 19 psi alky OFF and 23psi alky ON, but every combo is different.

A more efficient turbo than stock should theoretically be able to move more air without "wipping" the air to a higher temperature. So if your running a stocker I would run no more than 17psi, unless you have some 104 unleaded, then you may be able to run more.

I would suggest learning your scanmaster, then starting at 14psi and going from there. Nothing wrong with starting out slow. I just meant that 17psi is what I would run a stock turbo at until I learned the car better.
