REAR
NITTO NT-555R EXTREME DRAG 245/50R-16 HEIGHT 25.6"

FRONT
BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE730 225/55ZR-16 HEIGHT 25.6"

This way the height is the same.

Scott,

Are these tires on the stock rims ? If so,
you could go a little wider in the rear with
255's. By the way,are the prices of the Nitto's about the same as the BFG's about $120 ea. ?

The Nitto's largest size in the 16 inch is a 245, they do cost about the same as the BFG but my Nitto's are lasting longer and hook better too.If all you do is drag race the car the 225's on the front would work well, but if you like the twisties too, you might want to stick to a 245 on the front.I run BFG Zrated Comp's on the front, 255-50-16 and the Nitto's on the rear, you cant tell they are larger tires on the front.I also have lots of extra rims, so I run four front wheels on the car with this combo. Then I have 2 rear wheels with MT ET Streets for the slippery tracks, and 2 more rears with the two BFG Comps that match the front for winter driving, though its Jan and the Nitto's are still on the car., just love that traction!
