Hello!

I was prompted to make an introduction post but when I click on the bar it doesn't do anything. So I figured this would be the place to do it. My name is Tony, I live in Massachusetts and I don't own a TTA. I've admired them since they were new though and I'm looking at one right now which I'll hopefully see in real life later this week.

I currently have a Turbo Regal which was another car on my "have to get one some day" list. Hopefully sometime soon the TTA will come off that list and be in my garage next to the Buick! I also have a Sunbird GT turbo convert that my sister bought new and I've modified to run mid 13's and a 84 Hurst Olds with a 403 that has been sold to a coworker.

I have some TTA questions that'll help in my purchase but I'll post them wherever it looks like they best belong. Anxious to learn what I can so if I lurk a lot it's just because I'm trying to soak it all in. I don't like to post unless I can add to the site and not just drive up my post count. Hope that's OK.
Some really cool smilies on this board by the way!

I had a 89 sunbird turbo convertable for a while. I used to race my friend who had a 86 5.0 TPI trans am and I could beat him in the 1/8 mile, but he would pull around after that. Those are fun cars with alot of potential. I actually wish I had a brand new one. Good gas mileage car that is fun to drive.

Yeah it is a fun car to drive. I always wanted to screw around with it and in 2003 my sister was ready to let it go. It went 15.9 completely stock and with basic mods it went 14.17. Best I got it to go was 13.61 at 101 but if I can get back to the track this year maybe I'll improve on that. If not I'll just enjoy driving it to work everyday like I've been doing!
