Yeah iv'e heard the expression " i married a Georgia Peach" but never i married a Idaho potato...:rofl:

yea it looks good and that stuff don't come off easy that's for shore
 
Finally got all the int. back in and what a PITA, carpet turned out real good... better than the pics so shout out to 8289TA for the cleaning tip..:thumbup:, as i was installing the rear trim on the headliner i realized how these cars make great birth control device's so if you have a daughter let her drive the TTA, i assure you nothing will happen in the car...;)

Looking good Robert ... now you just have to find that missing map pocket emblem looks like :D
 
Wow, that's so cool to see a hard top interior. I'm blue that I had a chance to get 2 hard top cloth cars the same day I got my t-top car at Indy back in 1990. Damn you leather and T-Tops!!:shock:
 
Here's a few updated pics, note the org. airbox and clamps, i was going to clean and repaint the fuel lines but after a little 00 steelwool these nice SS lines showed showed up under they gray paint.. The eng. is all stock except the injectors, turbo inlet bell, the heat shield is poweredcoated, whats not shown i have... i had to test fit the rear spoiler..;) cause the good Lord knows they are butt ugly w/o...
