Got a good deal today

Just happened to go to the local NAPA parts store today and they were running this special-half off all NAPA Gold filters. Picked up the #1086 for $6.71 + tax. Seemed like a good deal to me. I read the sticky's and some older threads and it seems like a lot of you guys are running with this filter. Went back later and got more for the other cars, and other toys. A few they didnt have in stock, but will get them for me by the end of the week. You just cant have too many spare parts and supplies.:thumbup:

I got the same deal too, but they only had 1 in stock. I bought a case of Wix 51086(exact same filter) for around $7.70 per, shipped.

Is that their regular price or it was on special?
I paid about 12 bucks for the WIX brand 1086 last fall.

$12-$14 is a typical NAPA store price.

Wix can be bought online much cheaper...if you're willing to buy a dozen at a time.

I went to the local NAPA and they were out of #1086:disgust:

I picked up these Stanley floor mats. Very durable looking mat with the animated bolt pattern. Fits perfect in the TTA. $14/pair dollars after mir. Picked another set up for the wife. She even likes them.:dirol:
