Front mount vs stretched SL vs stock with nos sprayer?

Stock Duttneck vs Jim Dunn IC is 30 degrees. I have them data logged.
I had to turn boost down roughly 4psi when I swapped to the Jim Dunn IC.

Just an FYI.. Going off the top of my head.
Custom liquid IC fabbed from Julio was worth a solid .2 and 2mph. vs stock untouched IC.
From Stock to GN stretched IC was worth .2 and 2mph.
This is all my experience on a 12.5 to 11.3 journy with my TTA.
Julio had the Dequick front mount and wasnt really impressed, but he kept it on his car.
He would also see temps just above ambient with his alky system.
I am currently running E85 and have been experimenting with spraying alky on top of it. Not for octane, but chemical intercooling purposes. I am a strong believer in alky and hate to toss out a brand new system because I swapped to E85. The Dunn IC and M10 nozzle has already shown promising capabilities in my logs. I can flog the motor anytime multiple times without feeling any power loss. Tranny and tires hate me tho.

The STS turbo systems dont run an IC at all. The long plumbing around the car makes for the cooling effect. I always wanted to try that.

I fabbed a pipe from turbo to TB and the car started to heat up after 10 miles of driving. Around the block flogging it had minimal KR tho. I learned If one could fab a 3'' pipe from turbo down to bottom, over to DS back up to TB with scoops(fins) on the bottom to pick up air, I think it could be done. Would require you to run alky for WOT for 1/4 mile blasts tho.

has anyone tried a gn stock location stretched in a tta? I'm sure it would have to be mounted a little different and the shroud would have to be re worked

You would be pennies ahead and further down the 1/4 to putting NOS IN the motor rather that ON it. BUT in smaller amounts in comparison to N/A motors. Many Buick turbo people have negated the use of NOS in the motor, however there are many users that have experienced measurable outcomes of using NOS. Stock motors going down the track on 50 hp squirt shots at 11.90's and lower.
