I started having starting problems with the 124K car. Installed an aux starter button for the hot start problems. I then had a cold start problem (slow turnover). Charged battery, still had the problem. Pulled the starter and looked at the brushes and they were worn, one of the four was worn to the holder. Got replacement brushes from the local NAPA, les than $3 for the set of four. So far so good. Took less than 1-1/2 hour to fix including R&R the starter. Just thought I'd post.
