False knock

Going over my car this winter and fixing a few things, I've found what I think maybe sources of false knock. Like the long oil filter that has beat itself silly on the idler arm. The intercooler lower bracket that was missing one nut and aother finger tight nut. The aftermarket air filter that has been banging on the underside of the fender(the end of the filter with the metal cap). So what are some other possible sources of false knocking that I might be looking for?

Loose flywheel, loose exhaust, bad tranny mount, bad motor mount, ect. Check the DP where it comes down behind the header. There is a bracket there and mine was missing the bolt...
