Engine issues... please help

I am working on getting my car ready for the Indy show next month and for the reunion in July. I have an issue with the way the car is running and need some help. I changed the O2 sensor, and the old one was black from running rich. I also have a problem with the idle. The car is idling rough, and I can smell that it is running rich. Has anyone else had either of these problems? Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix the issues I am having? To the best of my knowledge the car is stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vacuum leak. Check all of your hoses and the inlet pipes to make sure they are on solid.

Ya and toss a turbo tweak chip in there and idle should get better compared to stock chip
