Drain fuel from the tank thru the fuel rail????Help

how can i drain the fuel from my tank thru the fuel rail?
Its all bad fuel in there and i want to pump it out.
I remember once i did this, i have the schrader valve out cause i have a fuel pressure guage, and i recall i jumped some wires to get the pump to run, and all i did was hold the line coming off the fuel rail and drain the fuel into my jug..

I just need to remember what I jumped!?!?!?
