Dealer Invoice copy doesn't show car as a TTA?

Hey folks, I've got tons of documentation on my TTA. So I thought I'd get a copy of the original dealer invoice as well. Oddly enough, it shows the car being delivered to the dealer as a GTA w/ a 5.0 liter engine.

The VIN on the dealer invoice is correct (1G5FW2178KL245850), as is the dealer info that matches my window sticker, PHS docs, everything else. Why would the dealer invoice show a regular GTA with an MSRP price of $21,423 (Invoice of $19,414.71) on a car that's obviously a TTA that sold for much more?

Mike,

That is common on the TTA. It is also uncommon for you to have the dealer invoice information, good for you. I had the same info on two of the new TTA vehicles I previously owned.

Hey folks, thanks for the input. I'm out of town the next two weeks (currently in Japan), so that scan might take me awhile. I'd be glad to do it when I'm back home ... Wonder if I'll see any TTA's in Japan? Not a chance ...

Atually there is at least one in Japan .... not sure if you will see it though ... useually see a couple of 3rd and 4th Gen F-bodies when I'm out there.
