Damned popup headlights

I suppose alot of us have had problems w the popup headlights. I replaced the plastic bushings w the new ones from TDSolutions, but they still won't come down.

I used to be able to press hard on the bottom of the headlight switch and sometimes they would come down. So, I'm thinking that maybe the switch is bad. So, I ordered one from Kragen and one online from the GM Parts House. We'll see if that does any good.

Anybody else have any other ideas on fixing thes headlights ?

Sounds like the switch ... I have the same on mine on and off so need to take the switch out and take it apart to clean it properly or replace it.

Try a new switch and then trouble shoot from there if you still have a problem.
