Changing brakes.

Getting ready to change the front brakes pads and rotors, and rear brake pads. I was wondering if anybody could tell me what all tools will be needed before I start this. Unfortunately all my tools are at work, so I want to make sure I have everything before I start tearing into it.

2 new seals
wheel bearing grease
crescent wrench
Needle nose pliers
2 new cotter pins
Caliper hardware kit or at least 4 e-clips for the pins
Caliper grease(that sticky stuff)
18mm(?) socket and breaker bar for front caliper mounting bracket bolts.
Brake clean spray and some rags.
