I've ended up with a 2 barrel Holley, looking for a carb so hopefully I can put the turbo back on ?

These are metered for every single application from the factory and unless you have your old one, you might have an even harder time finding the correct meter rods. How do you feel about going with EFI? There are plenty of benefits if you did as you may already know. I'd try this...
FiTech Fuel Injection
It should handle everything the stock turbo can throw at it. Also, 4 barrel quads came in two cfm configuration for the most part. One is 800 cfm for small displacement and the big block stuff about 950 cfm. Going with aftermarket could be detrimental as that junk is for "off road" use. At least with EFI, it self tunes.
