Your going to save this year on the 3 day spectator pass for your dad so consider that a racer 3 day savings for you!

At $40 bucks a day you are saving HUGE as to what it would cost at ANY NHRA track around the US! That is dirt cheap no matter how you look at it Jason! No go back to studying your getting delirious!

We aren't comparing it to another track. I am comparing it to lastyear where BPG said they would make an effort to lower the prices...and they didn't.

we did not get complaints from racers...for $50 track is open on Friday for 12 hours..besides track prep...Saturday for 9 hours...unlimited passes...

The BPG tries to make everyone happy...the Racers did not voice any complaints on the prices...it was the spectator/pit crew/family and car show people that voiced objections. We heard no complaints from those that wished to take their car down the track,,,the die hard Buick Racers had no issues and we are in line with other Buick Events and pay more..we paid in full for those classes that did not even have a full field...if the Racers have an issue they need to say something...The BPG cannot address issue we do not know about...

I appreciate that too! It is inevitably impossible though.

I'll be there racing and showing until the event dies. Just saying it costs more this year then last in my particular situation.

Jason thanks...what a lot of people do not know is how much money it takes to put on an event,,,FYI this year cost $36,000 we do not charge registration fees...that covers the track which is $20k plus insurance...tickets..arm band..trophies..race stickers...t-shirts.. event fliers and all the other crap...from tent rentals to fliers and meet and greet expenses...plus the $1000's that the Board of Directors that put in on their own with no compensation...
