Emblem placement after repaint

I am looking to find any info from PAS or here on TTA.com that has templates or measurements for the placement of the exterior emblems. I am finally having my car repainted and would like to know what the exact location of the emblems is supposed to be. Thanks in advance.
 
So I bought new emblems last year thinking "it will be nice to have these after a repaint". However, that's probably far off in the future because the paint is in acceptable shape for me and I won't freak out about a stone chip. So now I want to use my new emblems and if I ever repaint, I can get the originals refinished.

The document linked here returns a 404 error. Does anyone have the document to share again ?

I'm going to finish replacing all the originals on my car with the reconditioned ones except for the rear bird and the nose piece, which reman ones notoriously don't fit right practically ever. Then I'll send what I have in to be refinished for later usage

I am interested to see if anyone has had this done yet and if they still refurbish them at all.
