2011 Pontiac Turbo Trans Am Reunion! Hebron, Ohio 7/30/2011

PM Sean for more info on that Jason. From my point of view, I think they feel at the current price for the amount of racing one can do at this event per day, a 3 day race pass is not needed considering it's already so cheap.

If you go to the local track to race around here your spending about 75 to 100 bucks to get in the gate and race. Then you MIGHT get 3 passes in ALL day. At BPG you could hot lap your car over and over and still wear the tires out in a day! So for $40 bucks a day (member price) to hot lap your car all day long. That is DIRT cheap! Trust me!

Oh and that's not including your going to be saving on spectator passes this year with the 3 day pass thing. So stop being so cheap you cheap ass! :fuckkk::chair:Jas0n

In the Saturday prices, I see: "$50 non-member show (Buick only)". By saying (Buick only), does this mean that Turbo Trans Ams will not be allowed in the show?

Also, what does T&T mean?

Those prices will also include the TTA's for the show on Saturday. I have to tweak the fliers a little bit still. Hoping by the first of the year have a official one done with all the tweaks. The prices will remain the same either way. Just need to re-word some things.

T&T means Test and Tune

Here is another flier I've been working on...

Jim,

Why are they doing both in one year? I thought the TTA reunion was just that. Now they are adding in "T"'s. WTF - can't trailer everything. Seems to take away from the TTA part of it. Doesn't make much sense to me.

Anyway - You may want to list T-Type, Turbo "T" and TTA on the flyer. Just showing "T" really doesn't include T-types seeing they do have different names.

Sorry Kelli your just gonna have to bring both of them out this year then!

We never "added" the T event to the TTA event. It was always planned that way from the start. It makes very good sense actually from a business point of view for the BPG. There is no way just TTA's will fill this event to make it even worth while . On a typical event at this track your looking at over 20K in overhead for the BPG for the weekend. If 1500 TTA's were coming then maybe it would work out! :) And it gives everyone something else to look at other then TTA's! Trust me it will be ran totally separately and the TTA is in the light more then the T's at this event for sure. We have way more planned for it.

They have a T type class every year so you can bring that one out anytime! The TTA event will most likely be a one time event here so that's why it's important to get those TTA's out and be a part and make history with the TTA!

You have been there before so picture this. The basic lay out is the T type end of the event will be held in the grassy show area and the TTA's will be on the blacktop behind the bleachers in the pits where the GSX reunion cars were parked. That way everything is separate just due to the size of the track and us low riding TTA owners are on the blacktop and away from the grass!

In 2012 the theme is looking like a GN / GNX event so it will give you something to shoot for with the T for that year and give you sometime to finish it!

Still working on a generic flier for the event so you guys can print them out and hand them out at local shows next year up until the event. Here is the latest. Still have to tweak it some... How's this Kelli?

Jim,

Will High Performance Pontiac Magazine have a Rep at the event? I am sure they would want to take pictures and prepare an article. Not much new going on with Pontiac these days. Also, please give me call after the 1st of the year. All the best......

Hey Rich, I have some e-mails into them. I'm going to try and get ahold of someone there again. We have reached out to as many media outlets as we can! If you have any contacts let me know I'll hunt them down! Can't wait to see what you bring up! :)

Don't forget guys the host hotel was sold out last year for this year, but now is the time to get on the waiting list for them again for any cancellations! They typically don't take any reservations till after the first of the year at this hotel.

The year of the TTA is here now! 1/1/11 Call and get on their waiting list now! In years past I even got lucky calling them a few weeks before and keeping on them on a weekly basis and scored rooms right up till the day before the event.

The management there are all good people and will keep you on a list and contact you as rooms become available. There is plenty of hotels in the area as well but it's always fun at the host hotel! I can't wait for July!!

If anyone plans on bringing a motorhome or rig, Buckeye Lake KOA is close, about 7 miles from the track. I have stayed there in the past and it is decent.
