A buddy took this picture and I can't make out the name of the owner or their home town.
Anyone here?

Hi Guys,
That’s my car at Autorama, it is Festival #54 that resides in Clarkston MI. It was a really good show. I met several engineers that worked on the TTA program for both Pontiac and PAS. They had a lot of interesting information. I also talked to the truck drive that delivered the TTA to Indy. Only in Detroit!!

And for the best part, it won a First Place Trophy!

The banner is Jan’s with some enhancements. (Thanks Jan)

Thanks for your interest.

Hey Warren congrats on your trophy! I was just chatting tonight with one of the people you were talking to there! ;) You can meet him again at the TTA reunion in Ohio next year! We are going to have some info and pictures on the festival cars there that no one has seen! Hope your going to bring the car out next year to Ohio!

Warren, vry nice display and glad you found my repro banner useful .. still have to get one done for my garage :-)

Any chance you could scan and share the Indy photo's I see you have on display (lower left corner of the photo posted of your TTA)?? Would be much appreciated if you could post and share some high resolution versions!!

If you PM me I might have some info for you on #54 ... hint hint :-)

Hey Warren, welkom to the site!! You and I met at the Michigan F-Body show last year, I had the TTA with the strobe lights. Glad to see you found your way over here, and car looks great as always. Congrats on the win!!

Thanks Guys,
Here are a few photos that I was given from one of the delivery truck drivers. It is a group shot of all the drivers with police escort. Notice the white TTA jackets some of the guys are wearing. The second photo is pretty cool it was taken of a car carrier from the cab of a second carrier.
Hope you enjoy the photos. There should be plenty more information from our mystery guest that I had the pleasure of talking to for some time.
He is "The TTA Man". I am looking forward to our reunion.

Those photos are great Warren, thanks for sharing with us all. Can you read and see which freeway they are on and where they are heading?

How many car carriers did they have in total you think? 150 cars @ Indy so must have been a number of them if all cars arrived at the same time ... must been some sight far all others on the freeway and at Indy that's for sure ... here's the video I posted years ago on youtube of TTAs being unloaded @ Indy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1iq0VkmojM

Any other photos you have and can share would be much appreciated as well!!

Chris/Jim all these photos should go into a photo album of some sort to be preserved for the future and for people to download and get prints made; so as high resolution as possible for all of them.

Jan,
The photo was taken in Michigan at US 23 and I 94, they are headed south down 23 toward Indy. Doug (the truck driver / photographer) said they left from the old Fiero plant in Pontiac.
He and another trucker made several runs taking the first cars to Indy. The caravan of carriers (maybe 10 carriers) with the banners, shipped the remaining to Indy with a police escort for the media show.

Great car great display. I was standing there for a while looking for the owner. It was nice for a TTA to be there representing. While you were out i was being a tour guide for your car to the unknowledged public hope you don't mind, haha. Congradulations beautiful car!

my friend was there and called me on the cell raving about the car "you should have yours here!" Well next year we're getting about 5 cars from my church there ... my TTA will be there! (maybe my Goat too!)
