What to look for?

I am going to look at a TTA. Is there any thing that I should really look for? I know to check body structure, interior screws that are missing or loose. But is there any thing that is a common problem on these cars that I should pay extra attention to? Any and all help would be appreciated! Also how do tell what number the car is and if it was a festival car? THANKS AGAIN

there's really no way to tell the build number or if it was a festival car. they said all the festival cars were t-tops with cloth and I believe they were all early build cars. you can get the VIN and punch it in here somewhere and get close I think. not sure who was doing that now but it may have been Russ Salerno. spoilers are bad about cracking, make sure all the emblems are there. see if they have the owners kit which is a black box with gold leaf embossed 20th anniversary emblem and has the owner's manual cover, keyfob and decals inside. The decals should have 3M backing if they are original. the new GM decals have a different manufacturer. mainly just drive and inspect the car and see how it was taken care of. I've seen cars with 15k on them that run like crap and have flaws all over and then you see cars like my hardtop that had 153k on the original drivetrain when I bought it and has about 178k on it now.
