Look at the top of the intake manifold and you'll see the plastic vacuum block right on the top middle. On the driver's side there's a large hose with a clamp and it goes to the power brake booster. Undo the clamp at the block and pull the hose off it. Then follow the hose to the brake booster and you should see a white plastic valve that sticks into the booster. The valve pulls out of the booster so give it a tug and it should come right out. Then blow into the hose and you should feel it come out the valve end. Blow into the valve and it shouldn't blow through the hose end. If that's the case it's OK. If you can blow in both directions the valve is no good. Unless someone corrects me I think that's all there is to it.

Some funny info from tonight, got a little break from the lousy rain tonight so I was able to take it out to the local car gathering at this one pizza joint we have every week. Mostly import guys but lately we have had a good mix, some old muscle and some exotics. Lambo was there tonight the cheaper one Gallardo I think, had rims and exhaust sounded amazing. Old Monte Carlo SS, from a distance I got real happy and thought it was a GN but it wasn't. Beat ass 79 Camaro, 67 Mustang 289, and a beat 80s Camaro. Anyways I'm getting ready to leave and I have the hood popped and this older guy in his 30s is looking at it and hes like wow this is nice, turbo kit? I'm like nah its stock. So he's all confused and is like what motor 350? I was like no its a Buick V6 turbo engine and then he seemed real confused lol.

Yeah, that happens. I have my car at a show - sitting at a station for the guys who did the major work on it so they can show it off. The show is for 72 and older cars, so it doesnt qualify anyway. Most people dismiss it as a typical 3rd gen, but those who know what it is stop and talk about it for a while. Most people have heard of these cars but never seen one.

Yesterday I woke up, finished some tuning on the other car, then began cleaning and waxing the TTA. It still needs some cleaning and armor all but heres the work done so far.
Went down to York last night its Hot Rod weekend so EVERYONE was out. I saw 4-5 old hot rods coming up the other way on the highway down, passed an old Chevelle and waved. Rt 30 was lined with people in lawn chairs. Past few years had the old street rods but not much muscle, this year was full of it. I think I saw a two tone orange and black grand national but it could have been a Monte Carlo, too hard to tell from a distance. I met up with some friends and hung out for a few hours then took a spin up and down 30 and was behind some full tube car with chutes on the back and tires a mile wide.
Apparently I was also spotted near Hooters

GOD I LOVE THIS CAR
Got off work about 6pm today, weather was perfect out, I was dying to cruise, found a local meet with alot of the folks I hang out with and cruised over with the t-tops off. Not all my friends have saw it yet so I popped the hood a few times and did the usual TTA owner thing and start spouting off the history of the cars and its build number, etc (you guys know what I mean lol).
Can't wait to get the new chip and injectors in along with the pod and guages, maybe paint before winter, I'm going to have some real fun next spring with this car.

Its funny, Last year I sold some stuff to a guy for a 95 Trans Am, Black, automatic, can't remember his name. started talking about TTA since it was right after I bought mine. He said he knew a guy that had just bought one last year. I was wondering if that might of been you. If not there is another one running around the area too.

im all for that, but i work nearly every sat, i do have off most sundays
Only other f-body owner I know locally is a 99 Z28, however I did run into this younger guy at a friends house that just got a LT1 black trans am, he was asking about what he could do for bolt ons, maybe thats the guy
