Why would you need or want a blow-off valve on a automatic ?

I'd try the cheapo knock offs from Amazon and the like. You could buy a couple of different styles to decide on the sound you like. It would be helpful to have the blow off valve in the sense that there is back pressure when you let off the gas and that doesn't try to fight the pressure when you mash the pedal again, thus releaving the inducer of all that stress. You could try you tube to hear the different types. People have posted vids.
