Trouble gettin out of 1st gear

Having trouble gettin out of 1st gear. The car says in first gear till about redline then shifts. All the other gears work just fine. It drove 1,200 miles just fine, but as soon as I get it home I start having this problem. Any Ideas?

Sounds like the governer spring may have come off, common problem with the 200.
