transmission craped out

sunday morning took the car for cruise,after about a hour of driving notice the tranny slipping again from 2nd to 3thrd the stress level starting to rise again.Here we go pulled to the driveway put it in reverse nothing reved it to 4 grand started to buck slowly moving back,it felt like I was riding a horse bastard craped out.Got in touch with Dave huseck out of Freeport Long Island to do a performance transmission we were on the phone for about an hour,finding out that he has a clone tta,he said he bought it like that someone had bought a wrecked tta and swapped everything into the gta,anyway looking forward to this build....ttarider

I have heard Dave does good work, you are in good hands! Take some pics. of the TTA clone and post. Good luck with the rebuild! I still have the original tranny in mine, just wonder how long it will last.:burnrubber:

I was waiting for you to get your shop done, and then I can trash my transmission and you could put me another one in! I know you like working on these cars.:chair:
