Sway Bar End Links Needed

Does anyone know of a good source for factory sway bar end links? I saved the bushings, but the center bolts broke on mine - were rusted badly. These center bolts must be fairly hard in terms of hardness.

You should be able to get them at any parts house. I know energy suspension makes polyurethane ones if you want to upgrade the bushings while you're at it.

Hi again - Although the issue seems trivial, I used to buy "generic" sway bar end links for my Corvette - that frequently bent and failed - primarily because the bolt hardness was too soft. So I was hoping to get an original GM part for my TTA. Nope. Discontinued by GM. So I went to Auto Zone and had them pull a "generic" replacement. The bushings that I took out of my TTA were nylon, painted black - and are still salvageable. The "generic" Auto Zone part supplied me with rubber. The "generic" bolt is a grade 5 - though I was hoping for grade 8. So, though the solution is not optimal, it looks like I'm going to use the new bolt with the old bushings.

Get the Energy Suspension end links, they're made for performance and handling and should be able to handle anything you throw at them. Pep Boys sells them I believe if you have one near you, some of the other parts stores might carry them too.

Hi 72 Firebird - My final decision was to re-use the original factory (machined nylon?) bushings with new "generic" bolts, nuts, spacer and washers that I bought at Auto Zone. The bushings in this kit were rubber and I'm not using them. The new bolts are grade 5 - which is probably appropriate.
