Stock Rocker adjustment

Can anyone tell me how the stock rockers get adjusted for preload. I have not taken it apart yet. Not even sure what the look like. are they like the gn?

They are different than the GN which is rail mounted, the TTA uses stud mounted rockers due to the center bolt valve covers on the fwd heads. Not sure on the exact pre-load as it depends on the courseness of the stud threads, probably 1/4 to 1/2 turn after zero lash, but need to check Spec Manual, can check when i get home as I have a TTA Factory manual at home.

Thanks , If you could get back to me that would be great. Going to do it on monday when I get home.

Yep the factory instructions calls for 50-65 Nm (so 44 ft lb is in the middle) and your done.

Aren't these a fancy version of stud mounted rockers! Never seen them mounted the way these are..but hyd lifters are normally adjustable by setting the pre-load/lash..unless they are like the GN or the TTA with these spacer deals in there in place of the fixed mount rail/shaft. This way makes them a no brainer, never had to mess with the rockers on any of my TTAs before, guess I'm missin out :)
