Spark plugs

My TTA is almost but not quite stock. Mileage:39M. Live in San Diego and thus moderate weather year round. I don't know as much about cars as most of you. Quesion: what plugs do you recommend for general street use? Someone has told me to use factory plugs but I would like your recommendation. Thanks. Lyn
