Smoke and unburned gas after start

Engine Take a long to start, after the vehicle start a lot smoke and smell like unburned gas pretty bad I need some help to fix that issue

If you can smell gasoline, I'd check for a leak!!!
Also what color is the exhaust?
How old are the injectors? Is the chip correct for injectors?
What is the fuel pressure?
Maybe pull the plugs and examine them.
Try to collect more data.
